I haven't written much in a while here on this blog; so I thought it was time to pop in and throw some more wood on the fire. Let's see where to begin?
The Boston Globe is playing apologist for Biederman once more with a new article from the renowned Biederman's fan club as in devoted parents of patients of this human experimental criminals work.
If you read the article you will hear this one mother tell us how wonderful Biederman was to diagnose her young daughter with bipolar disorder and drug her. She actually had the no-nads to say if it wasn't for Biederman, her daughter would have killed herself at age thirteen, instead of 20 years old when she jumped off a building to her demise.
Read some of the comments and you'll really be turning green. Of course Boston just imposed a new five cent Tax on all sugar snacks as any good Nanny state does. Wouldn't want one of those psychotic patients getting a damned donut without them paying Mighty Nanny their Tax; heck they might get diabetes and gain a thousand pounds with all those A-typical anti-psychotics they are taking. No special tax on psych meds in Boston?

Boston Mass. has just added a five cent sales tax to sugar item snacks (aka Diabetes and Obesity in Kids), yet its strange that in Boston Mass., A-typical anti-psychotics have no little silly nanny state value added tax. Obviously they have thier priorities in correct order?

Of course Lilly pleaded guilty to criminal offenses by way of the G-men Feds, and will pay out a tiny fraction of the profits they have made over the years { in the end, when all is said and done! they will probably pay out 6 to 8 billion} . Of course they were quick to apologize to their stock holders, and then completely ignored speaking to the patients their criminal activity and drugs killed or destroyed. That "Lilly" is some loving and caring company don't you think!

Prop 64 Governor with holding money
Yes, the People voted for monies that would be spent to help those with Mental Health Issues regain dignity and independence through wise and frugal expenditure of funds to assimilate those with mental health issues fully with in the community and society. Yet as always, the bureaucrats and pharmaceutical lobby has turned it into a rope and dope scheme that has done nothing to improve mental health services for those in California. I guess the political forces to be, those like animals, and Pharmaceutical Industry puppets that are funded by them (like NAMI and most others) have not been reading much about the scam and horrendous disaster that these drugs have perpetrated upon society in the news lately. In all truth; drugs and bureaucracy is where most of this money is going to the great dismay of those that voted for this proposition. Before we continue to spend and waist precious money to line the pockets of criminals like the political arm of the APA, Lilly, AstraZeneca, J@J, Pfizer and many others with billions of our tax dollars. I believe we need to reevaluate how this money is going to be spent, and what the results are actually going to be. So far it all has been lots of double speak hype, smoke and mirrors statically invalid garbage, with little to show in real life results for those with mental health issues.
The governor should withhold this money until the so called professionals come clean and start directing the services where they can actually do some good for once. With that said; I'm sure the same old group of elitist will continue to push on with a failed model in spite of its inability to make any true difference in the lives of those in need; except worsen an already catastrophic problem.

Those bloviates running this site that are unwilling to look at the true reality of the Mental Health System, or post opposing viewpoints in the comment section; strike me as the worst kind of hypocrites. This in one of the many reasons the system never changes for those in true need of holistic and frugal real life mental health services; it’s just more political pundits and bureaucrats protecting the same old gravy train.

Well, the issue is this, I think: these people are so deep into their psychopathy that they genuinely don't think that they have to listen to anybody who's pointing out the flaws in their model. Bondlebloom even dismisses his peers - presumably he only listens to those above him in his own, personal hierarchy, which doesn't include his fellow professionals?
I suggest that we start referring to Eli as "The Convicted Criminal: Eli Lilley," and mention MK-ULTRA on a regular basis, because you'd be surprised just how these people value their reputations for honesty and decency, undeserved as they might be.
Never let them forget that we know what they've been doing. And never let anybody else forget, either. But most of all, never let anybody lose sight of the fact that they've never apologized for a fucking thing, in spite of the fact that they have unquestionably caused pain and death (certainly in the case of MK-ULTRA - that's undisputed), to completely unwitting guinea pigs. And if they don't acknowledge that they've done wrong, then there is no motivation on them to change; a pattern of behaviour that appears to be supported from on high.

These people are criminals and brainwashing children and parents with pharmaceutical funded studies ran by Biederman who trialed Risperdal on 5 year olds in 1999.
I cannot believe the mother praises Biederman for extending the daughter's life past 13 when she dies at age 20, as if it was cancer!
She was probably on psych meds which ALL induce suicidal thoughts and irrational behavior, I don't care what anyone says, it changes brain chemistry, creates a brain dependent on drugs, and leaves people crippled, unable to think for themselves and think they are better on medications.
How can a 6 year old be dx bipolar? Biederman was available 24/7 to these people? I am positive all he did was tweak medications over the phone, because that is what my daughter's quack did.
The Lilly scandal is PROOF everyone should take a hard look at themselves and question what they are doing to create a better life for themselves and what they are expecting pills to do for them, because the meds are not efficacious, they are money makers, and the victims are all of us.
Psych meds especially being hard to withdraw from should be a real red flag and people don't see it waving!

The line they always use is "but don't you want to help the children." The Biederman article used the line "several patients and parents describe Biederman as a personal force for good." I wonder how many anti-psychotic users have a page-able psychiatrist?
Another question is the statement about how Andrew "underwent intensive testing, interviews, and bloodwork and was diagnosed as having a mix of bipolar disorder."
Was that to determine if anything physical was the cause of his "full-blown psychiatric crises," or were those tests to insure Andrew's candidacy in the Pharmaceutical company financed "experiment?"
You and I know these drugs don't help, and in fact harm, the children they are given to. Hopefully others will figure it out before anti-psychotics are a prerequisite for school enrollment.
Also did you read the new Rolling Stone article on Zyprexa yet. It might open some eyes and has a slightly bigger circulation then you and I have.

Tad; I read the "Rolling Stone Article" and found it to be a good article that covered a lot of old territory, stayed away from real patient experiences, and the other living and fire breathing demons in the game like AstraZeneca, Pfizer, GSK, The political wing of the APA, CMAP, TMAP, the most of the usual criminal suspects in Psychiatry, and that list goes on and on and on.
Philip @ Furious Seasons had published this stuff years ago, and at his own personal risk posted "The Zyprexa Documents".
This guy from the Rolling Stone talked with Philip at great length before writing the article. Yet even though he used much of the information Philip gave him; he decided not to credit Philip with it in the least. But so is life in journalism and the working arts I gather. Ethics are like Psychiatrist: Money and self interest first, then doing what is right and just always falls a distant galaxy far away in second to last place.

My 1st thought about the mother's reaction was also, "she must be medicated" but I found another reason she may have the opinion she does, the father is a Doctor. Although he is a "family physician" here's an excerpt from his advertisement:
"Current practice includes: pain management, pediatrics, geriatrics, internal medicine, psychotherapy and psychiatry, Botox injection therapy for headaches and pain relief...
And from a Patient Review:
